Sexier Me This 2014

Happy New Year, Giveaway Lovers! Did you enjoy the holiday season? I’m pretty sure you did!

Holla to 2014, Holla to New Year’s Resolution!

Have you made your list? Let me guess, diet, getting fit, working out were included in your list.

I want to share to you may latest “hobby” LOL. Lately, as you can see in my posts (IG and twitter), I started going to a gym, a women’s gym. So far, I am enjoying it. I met a lot of people, gained new friends, burned a lot of calories, sweat a lot? Haha. I am petite, but that doesn’t mean that I do not need to visit a gym.

My goals in this workout are to tone up, gain weight, lose some inches in my abdomen and to cure/lessen my asthma. I’ll share to you the results after a month at Curves.

“No makeup, no men, and no mirrors.”
This is the ‘unofficial’ motto of Curves.

What is Curves?

Curves is the first women-only gym which opened in Harlingen, Texas in 1992. After 21 years of helping women, it already have 10,000 clubs in over 70 countries, serving more than four million members.

Short Background

Curves is a facility specially designed for women. It appeals to women of all ages who want a fitness routine that differs from typical gyms, struggle with their weight and fitness, find attending traditional gyms very intimidating, or due to cultural beliefs find exercising in a mixed environment impossible. Founders Gary and Diane Haven are considered the innovators of the express fitness phenomenon that has made exercise available to millions of women globally, many of whom are in the gym for the first time. With thousands of locations worldwide, Curves is the world’s largest fitness franchise. For more information, you can visit www.curves.com.

What is Circuit Training?

Circuit Training is a program of strength training, cardio and stretching, a 30 minute workout which exercises every major muscle group and burns up to 500 calories. It is made up of resistance machines that work every major muscle group, two muscles at a time.

Why choose Curves?

Curves is the largest fitness franchise in the world. Many countries believe in them, maybe it’s your time to give it a try.

It is the first fitness and weight-loss facility designed for women. The machines and the workout itself are specifically designed for us, so it’s an assurance that it’s much safer to women compared to the training in other gyms. Plus, you don’t need to worry about our looks, you don’t have to be conscious, there are no boys checking you out. :P

You just need 30 minutes, three times a week, to burn up to 500 calories. Perfect for a student (like me!), to professionals and to other women who have very limited time to go to a gym.

With a circuit coach to teach and motivate, you’re sure to reach your fitness goals in no time, whether you want to lose weight and inches, gain energy or tone up.

Get Your Groove Back

Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness is a 30-minute class that mixes the moves of Zumba with the proven strength training of Curves for a wildly effective workout. You’ll tone up, burn hundreds of calories, and have so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working out!

Working out at Curves Eastwood is very fun! The coaches are very friendly. They make sure that members of their gym know each other. The workout itself is very tiring, specially the Zumba, haha, but I still enjoy it. The facility? I’m sure you’ll love it!

At Curves, I started to love working out, not because I need it, but because I enjoy it.

So girls, will I meet you at Curves Eastwood?

P.S. Wait for my further announcement! #FreeWeekAtCurves
