Last August 24, 2014, I went to the country’s celebrated All Season All Occasion Shoes event,
GIBI Shoes Fun Day held at the Trinoma Activity Center.
It was filled with performances and surprises from GIBI Shoes endorsers
Ella Cruz, Nadine Samonte and Xian Lim.
GIBI Shoes also revealed the #MysteryGIBILady to be the newest endorser.
The program started with an energetic dance number by this crew.
Then the hosts came out, the famous duo, Chico and Delamar!
Then out came each endorser with a number of their own.
Ella Cruz danced and sang to Taylor Swift’s Trouble. Then after, some lucky fans got to share the stage with her for a dance challenge.
Then Nadine Samonte came out and did her rendition of Bruno Mars’ Just the Way You Are. After that she did an acting challenge with lucky fans.
Then, the big reveal, Jasmine Curtis-Smith comes out to be the #MysteryGibiGirl! She sang Nicki Minaj’s Superbass and did it justice! I loved her energy and how she winged that rap part!
After that fans got to rap with her for the challenge. I loved how game she was with interacting with each contestant!
Lastly Xian Lim serenaded the crowd and gave away this cute GIBI Teddy Bear, and also had this pickup line challenge with fans as well.
The program ended with each one describing their favorite GIBI shoes,
and why each one fits their style.
Ella’s Pick

Xian’s Pick

Of course I couldn’t leave the event without having a photo taken with the dashing Xian Lim. I was a little bit disappointed that he wasn’t very accomodating, unlike the girls, who posed and smiled like pros.
